Richard J. Murray is a Civil Trial Attorney, certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, who has more than 30 years experience in complex civil and commercial litigation in both the State and Federal Courts, and in jury and nonjury Trials, with a concentration in employment litigation.

Because the practice of law has become so complex and specialized, Richard J. Murray concentrates only in civil litigation, and especially in the areas listed above. In addition, he regularly attends continuing legal education courses sponsored by the New Jersey Association for Justice, the National Employment Lawyers Association - New Jersey and the Institute of Continuing Education to keep up to date on the latest developments in the law and on new techniques, strategies and technologies.

Richard J. Murray has also made presentations on employment litigation at seminars sponsored by the National Employment Lawyers Association-New Jersey and the New Jersey ICLE and by the Morris County Bar Association.
